A whole bunch of things have been added to the Boss Mouse calendar!
Three dates have been set for farmers cheese & fresh mozzarella classes at Grow Benzie – click that link for more about Grow Benzie and join Boss Mouse cheesemaker Sue Kurta for a fun and hands-on introduction to cheesemaking.

Sue will also be doing a cheese & mead pairing at Acoustic Taproom in Traverse City on Thursday, May 7th from 6-8. If you’ve never tried cheese & mead together, you’re in for a real treat!
