FRESH MOZZARELLA MAKING

In this 1 hour class, we will makea batch of fresh mozzarella cheese, right in your home or anywhere there is access to a kitchen. Fresh mozzarella is an easy cheese to make that requires just a few inexpensive ingredients. Participants will leave with the knowledge and recipe to make fresh mozzarella in their own homes – for ages 12+ Access to a stove and sink required. Fee includes milk and additional ingredients.

CHEESE 101 with Cheese & Wine

Nibble and sip your way through this delicious 1 hour class. Your guests will be instructed how to put together an impressive cheese course or platter, while hearing the history of one of humanity’s oldest foods. Local cheese and wines provided and guests will leave with the tools to put together perfect cheese and wine pairings. Wine, cheese and go-withs extra, based on number of attendees.
